Product Overview

The OP805SL is an NPN Silicon Phototransistor offers high power dissipation and superior hostile environment operation. The narrow receiving angle provides excellent on-axis coupling. The base lead is bonded to enable conventional transistor biasing. It is mechanically and spectrally matched to OP130 and OP230 series of integrated emitting diodes.
