Product Overview
The Vishay K series are radial leaded, multilayer ceramic chip capacitor with class 1, C0G dielectric used for general purpose applications. The capacitance value ranges from 10pF to 0.01μF. These capacitors are used in temperature compensation, coupling and decoupling circuits.
- ±5%, ±10%, ±20% and + 80%/- 20% tolerance
- Rated voltage of 50VDC, 100VDC, 200VDC, 500VDC
- Operating temperature range -55°C to + 125°C
- High capacitance with small size

- EIA 198, IEC 60384-9 approvals
- Straight or kinked leads having a lead spacing of 2.5mm and 5.0mm
