VB30100S-E3/8W is a high voltage trench MOS barrier schottky rectifier. Typical application includes for use in high frequency converters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diode, DC/DC converters and reverse battery protection.
- Low forward voltage drop, low power losses
- High efficiency operation, low thermal resistance
- 30A maximum average forward rectified current (TA = 25°C)
- 100V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (TA = 25°C)
- 250A peak forward surge current 8.3ms single half sine-wave superimposed on rated load
- 0.69V VF at IF = 30A, single circuit configuration
- 105V (minimum) breakdown voltage (TA = 25°C, IR = 10mA)
- TO-262AA package, operating junction and storage temperature range from -40 to +150°C
