Product Overview
VIA0050DD is a high thermal stability isolation amplifier. It is a high-performance differential output isolated amplifier ideally suited for shunt-based current sensing. The device is based on proprietary capacitive isolation technology and has a linear differential input signal range of ±50mV (±64mV full scale). The device has a fixed gain of 41 and provides a differential analogue output. It is suitable for isolated current measurement in motor control applications, power supplies, solar and wind energy storage systems, charging stations and EV powertrain, inverter and converters.

- Inbuilt common-mode overvoltage detection
- 5KV isolation rating, -50 to +50mV linear input range
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- SOP-8 package
- Input offset voltage is ±0.01mV typ at INP = INN = GND
- Common-mode rejection ratio is -120dB typ at INP = INN, fIN = 0Hz, VCM min. ≤ VIN ≤ VCM max
- Output noise is 260μVRMS typ at INP = INN = GND1, BW = 100kHz
- Power supply rejection ratio is -118dB typ at PSRR vs. VDD1, at DC
