Product Overview
The VO3053 is a 6-pin Phototriac Output Optocoupler consists of a GaAs infrared LED optically coupled to a monolithic photosensitive non-zero crossing TRIAC detector chip. The 600V blocking voltage permits control of off-line voltages up to 240VAC, with a safety factor or more than two and is sufficient for as much as 380V. It is suitable for household appliances, solenoid/valve controls and office automation equipment/machine.
