Product Overview
The ITS428L2 is a 1-output high-side vertical power MOSFET Switch with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS® technology. It provides embedded protection functions and overvoltage protection (including load dump) with external resistor.
