BPX 61 is a silicon PIN photodiode LED. It is ideal for factory automation.
- Hermetically sealed metal package
- ESD: 2kV acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM, Class 2)
- Suitable up to 125°C
- Especially suitable for applications from 400nm to 1100nm
- Short switching time (typ. 20ns)
- 70µA typ photocurrent at Ev = 1000 lx; Std. Light A; VR = 5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Reverse voltage is 32V max at TA = 25°C
- Total power dissipation is 250mW max at TA = 25°C
- Wavelength of max sensitivity is 920nm typ at TA = 25°C
