BR25H040F-5ACE2 is an operation EEPROM for automotive. It is a 4Kbit serial EEPROM of SPI BUS interface. Typical applications include airbag, ABS and ECU.

- SPI BUS mode (CPOL, CPHA)=(0, 0), (1, 1)
- Page size: 16 byte, bit format: 512 x 8 bit
- 16byte write lockable identification page(ID page), auto erase and auto end function at data rewrite
- Address auto increment function at read operation
- HOLD function by the HOLDB pin, status register BP1, BP0: 0, 0
- Prevention of write mistake: write prohibition at power on, write prohibition by the WPB pin
- Write prohibition block setting, prevention of write mistake at low voltage
- 1.7V to 5.5V supply voltage, 20MHz max clock frequency
- SOP8 package, -40 to +125°C ambient operating temperature
